Terms & Conditions


In order to secure your wedding date with The Bride Side we will require a £100.00 deposit fee, this will be deducted from your total balance. A member of our team will contact you to discuss and plan around your big day. An invoice is payable by bank transfer. If you should wish to cancel your booking with The Bride Side, please read the ‘cancelation policy’ for more info.

If you have not paid your £100.00 deposit fee to reserve your wedding date, that date remains available for other brides.

The balance of the invoice must be paid in full a minimum of 7 days prior to your wedding.

Trial payments can be paid prior to the agreed date or on the day.

Cancellation  policy:

Cancelling services between the date you secure your booking and 6 months prior to your wedding day will incur no charges and your deposit will be returned to the same account you transferred from.

If you change your wedding date out within 6 months and The Bride Side is unavailable on the new proposed date, any deposits paid for the postponed date will be retained. In the unfortunate event that an artist is unable to perform services on the trial date or wedding date, for any reason, including but not limited to sickness, accident, weather, etc. Every effort will be made to replace the artist at short notice but this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to artists availability. If we are unable to replace your artist you will receive a full refund including your £100 deposit.


All brushes, tools and makeup products are sanitised between every makeup application.

Any skin conditions or allergies should be reported by the client prior to application. If required, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin.

Client(s) agree to release The Bride Side, from liability for allergic reactions.

The Bride Side will not be held liable for any injuries that should arise while on location.

Service location and site requirements:

A work station needs to be made available for The Bride Side artists. Working electrical outlets must also be made available for use and ample lighting.

A high chair or bar stool is requested but not necessary. Please let us know in advanced if a chair cannot be provided. Remember to wear a button down shirt or dressing gown so you don’t mess up your style while getting dressed.

Please wash hair at least one day beforehand.

Special Occasion Makeup and Hair Bookings:

A deposit of £30.00 per person is required to secure your appointment and is redeemable against your final balance. Deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is due on or before your appointment. Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment is chargeable in full.
